Senior Growth Marketing Executive
Salary: C.£35k DOE + Benefits.
Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid role with 1-3 days in-office, depending on location)

My client is a leader in officially licensed pop culture merchandise, creating must-have products for fans of Ghostbusters, Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park, The Last of Us and more. Their e-commerce brands deliver high-quality collectibles to passionate fans worldwide.
The Role
As a Senior Growth Marketing Executive, you'll drive revenue and customer acquisition through affiliate marketing, social media, and paid channels. Working closely with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager and a collaborative team, you'll execute strategies to scale their brands.

- Affiliate & Paid Media: Manage and optimize campaigns, allocate budgets, and drive performance.
- Social & Lead Growth: Support organic social media and targeted campaigns.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Track performance, produce reports, and provide insights.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers on engaging assets.
- Trendspotting: Identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements of the role
- Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce marketing with expertise in affiliate marketing and paid media.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- Sharp eye for detail: Execute campaigns with precision.
- Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Pop Culture Fan: Passion for gaming, TV, and movies is a plus!
