£25,000 - £28,000 + Quarterly & Annual Incentives and Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing and sending client proposals, maintaining accurate records, and organising filing systems.
• Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring smooth operations for the team.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to promote campaigns, giveaways, and company updates.
• Monitor and respond to client and customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Support marketing efforts and assist in planning creative campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Assist with general office tasks to ensure the efficient running of both businesses.
What We're Looking For
• Ambition: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills: Proficiency in English and basic maths is essential.
• Organisational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication.

• Previous experience in administration (1-2 years preferred) or a keen interest in developing these skills.
• Interest or experience in social media management is advantageous.
