Customer Service Co-ordinator - Telecoms
Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join this rapidly growing Telecoms business based in Irlam, Manchester.
You will support the Build Assessment and Survey Manager and duties will include:
- Monitor and track written enquiries from members of the public
- Record all public enquiries on spreadsheets and progress queries to the relevant teams internally
- Having sourced information internally, respond to enquiries from members of the public in a professional manner
- Use GIS system - our user-friendly in-house design system to find information regarding Telegraph pole locations
- Use other systems to provide detailed information regarding pole installations
- Work closely with both the marketing team and stakeholder engagement team to ensure accurate communications
- Provide admin assistance to the Build Assessment and Survey Team
This role offers a basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits including generous pension and holiday scheme, private health care and flexible working pattern.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within Telecoms
- You should be proficient in Microsoft packages
- Attention to detail and a persistent approach to following up enquiries.
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Excellent Customer service skills
