Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Sales and New Business Development.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Exceptional communication skills.

- Comprehensive understanding of the Telecommunications industry.
As a successful candidate, you can expect:
- Competitive salary, up to £35,000 (depending on experience).
- Lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential (OTE £100,000).
- Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (with half-day Fridays for hitting weekly targets).
- 20 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays.

Your Responsibilities:
- Utilise your previous telecom business development experience.
- Exhibit resourcefulness in identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
- Implement various prospecting strategies, including email, phone calls, social selling, research, and account mapping.
- Strong organisational skills are essential, along with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Combine creative thinking with persistence and determination.
Key Duties:
- Assume responsibility for converting leads into opportunities across diverse industry verticals, utilising a range of communication methods.
- Meet or surpass sales opportunity quotas.
- Effectively leverage leads generated by their lead generation team.
- Engage business owners through multiple platforms.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
- Convert leads into introductory meetings with influential stakeholders.
